Local Product Producers

Congratulations - to the Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company on recently winning the  best street/food takeaway at the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards 2014.

Combing foraged ingredients from the Pembrokeshire Coastline with fresh local produce, the company is known for its unique seashore wraps.

You will find owner Jonathan Williams at his Café Mor, located at Fresh Water East.

There are many good organic producers in the county which produce a wide variety of excellent fruit and vegetables and other kitchen produce. As we progress we shall be adding a list of such producers.

If you are a producer please contact us.

We are a cooperative of Pembrokeshire farmers and food producers, We started in 2008 as a way of making Pembrokeshire produce available to everyone. Our ethos is to bring top quality local produce to the door of local customers in the most direct way possible.

We think it important that:

  • You need know where your food comes from, who produced it, how they do it, and what is in it.
  • We use the minimum of packaging.
  • We minimise food miles.
  • We give preference to food produced in Pembrokeshire.

On Tuesday morning we collate all of our customers orders and contact our "family" of suppliers to set in motion the gathering together of your order to be boxed up and delivered to your door on Thursday or Friday, in time for the weekend.

We are not a faceless organisation only interested in your cash. There is always a friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone, should you need to contact us and you will probably build up a good working relationship with your regular driver who will happily help you unpack your box at the time of delivery should you so wish. Yes of course we are a business but we would like to think that we offer a friendly and ethically sound service that helps the Pembrokeshire community thrive.

P.S Remember we can also take orders over the phone, should technology fail!
